Job summary

Truck Centers, Inc. is hiring a full-time Parts Delivery Driver to ensure our customers receive parts quickly and accurately. The role involves loading parts, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining records while upholding top customer service.

Working Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, at our Kentucky locations, you will keep customers on the move. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License with ability to meet insurance requirements is required.
• Prior experience working with the public or in a delivery role preferred.
• Proven ability to engage positively with customers via experience working with the public or in a delivery role.
• Resourceful, collaborative team player with the ability to also self-manage time and thrive independently.
• Ability to lift or move up to 70lbs. unassisted.
• Must participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently Handle Orders: Safely pull and load parts into the delivery vehicle, making sure everything is organized for smooth transportation.
• Coordinate Deliveries: Double-check orders and handle any last-minute or urgent deliveries before you head out, ensuring timely service for our customers.
• Accuracy Matters: Review deliveries, invoices, payments, and purchase orders to ensure everything is spot-on.
• Customer Support: Assist with parts returns and cores, following our company's return process to keep things hassle-free for our customers.
• Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed log of daily deliveries and pick-ups, including payment processing, signatures, and returns.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle in top condition-clean, clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
