Job summary

Quick Servant Company, Inc. is seeking a dependable Parts Delivery Driver to support our technicians in the field. This role transports parts and materials, assists with HVAC and refrigeration installations, and provides logistical support at job sites.

The ideal candidate has experience with route driving, warehouse operations, and an interest in hands-on mechanical tasks. CDL preferred but not required; DOT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Experience in route driving, delivery, or courier services.
• Ability to assist with HVAC/R installations or willingness to learn hands-on technical tasks.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materials.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• DOT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Box Truck Driver, Equipment and Parts Delivery, Support the Installation Department, assist with Installations as needed.
• Load, unload, and securely transport parts and materials
• Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment safely
• Support installation teams by moving equipment, holding components, and performing basic mechanical support tasks as directed
• Use a manual transmission vehicle when required, including in heavy traffic
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, tools, and work areas
• Complete delivery and job-site documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, technicians, and customers
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company standards
• DOT certification required
