Responsibilities include delivering parts to customers and vendors, picking up returns, and maintaining vehicle upkeep. A valid driver's license with a clean record and at least three years of driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload automotive parts.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Must meet the company’s requirements for vehicle insurability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite locations, and vendors safely and efficiently.
• Pick up parts, returns, and other materials as assigned.
• Verify that deliveries and pickups are accurate and obtain required signatures or documentation.
• Put away stock from daily parts orders and process merchandise returned by customers.
• Load, secure, and unload parts carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned delivery vehicle.
• Check engine oil, transmission fluid, coolant, windshield washer fluid, battery fluid, tire pressure, and tread depth weekly, documenting the results on the vehicle log.
• Immediately report vehicle damage, mechanical issues, accidents, or safety concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear the dealership-provided uniform as required.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions when handling equipment and materials.
• Assist in other areas of the Parts Department when requested and available.
• Follow all quality-control processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
