Job summary

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Runner to provide customer service and sales assistance within the parts department. You will interface with retail and wholesale customers and service staff to help locate and upsell required parts and accessories.

Responsibilities include pulling parts from inventory, expediting deliveries to the service drive, processing orders, maintaining stock, and ensuring accurate documentation while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves purchased parts from inventory and notifies if unavailable.
• Expedites delivery of parts to the service drive.
• Processes orders for daily shipment, delivery, or counter pick-up.
• Maintains accurate inventory and documents as required.
• Works with service and parts teams to ensure timely parts turnaround.
