Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18-point policy.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Process deliveries using handheld devices and capture signatures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and cash.
• Handle customer returns and driver returns slips.
• Communicate issues to store management and report maintenance needs.
• Clock in/out per policy and assist with merchandising as needed.
• Provide customer service and cashier support when required.
