O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate company vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers in a safe, efficient manner. You will process deliveries with handheld devices, collect COD payments, and pick up customer returns.

You must maintain vehicle inspections, secure assets, and assist with cashiering or merchandising as needed. Fluent Spanish is a plus, and driving eligibility is required.

Competenze

• Must meet company driving eligibility standards and have a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to quickly read alphanumeric sequences and process deliveries accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and multilingual ability preferred (Spanish).
• Familiarity with automotive parts is a plus and helpful for customer service.

Mansioni

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products safely and efficiently.
• Use fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and log mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean and conduct daily inspections before operation.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies at all times.
• Pickup customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents to management immediately.
• Clock in/out per policy and perform stocking/merchandising duties as needed.
• Assist customers as a cashier or in merchandising when business dictates.
