Responsibilities

• Process parts invoices, returns, and warranty claims.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Work closely with our service department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

What You'll Do

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts requests

Qualifications

• Work in both office and warehouse environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and conditions.
• Maintain attention to detail while handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Safely operate equipment such as carts, hand trucks, and other material-handling devices as needed.
