A leading automotive dealership in Oklahoma seeks a Parts Counterperson to deliver exceptional customer service by providing parts and accessories promptly. Provide customers (both internal and external) with requested parts and accessories in a timely manner. The Parts Counterperson is responsible for specifying the correctly needed items, soliciting additional sales, charging out merchandise using the Dealer Management System, following up on special orders, tagging, storing, and processing warranty parts. Additionally, they assist in conducting inventory cycle counts and maintaining a clean and orderly inventory area, parts counter, and retail displays.
