Job summary

Central Valley Automotive Group in Modesto, CA seeks an experienced Parts Counterperson to support front and back counter operations, assist service technicians and retail customers by sourcing, ordering, and distributing parts efficiently.

You will manage parts inventory, returns, and warranty processing, communicate with service advisors and customers to ensure prompt service, and maintain strong knowledge of parts systems and dealership processes.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership or automotive parts experience.
• Familiarity with DMS platforms (Dealertrack preferred).
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
