Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership parts department is preferred.
• Familiarity with DMS platforms (Dealertrack preferred).
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians and customers at both front and back counters.
• Accurately look up, order, and distribute parts for repair orders and retail sales.
• Manage parts inventory, returns, and warranty processing.
• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and customers to ensure prompt service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of parts systems and dealership processes.
