Krause Auto Group in Florida is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Associate to join our team. You will help customers and technicians with parts inquiries in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• As a Parts Counter Associate, assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts needs while ensuring accuracy and exceptional service.
• Provide accurate parts pricing, availability, and order updates.
• Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct parts and components.
• Pull and fill parts orders accurately from inventory.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with weekly bin checks.
• Notify management of low inventory or out-of-stock items requiring immediate attention.
• Locate and source parts from outside vendors when necessary.
• Process retail payments and credit authorizations.
• Support additional parts department operations as needed.

What You’ll Do

As a Parts Counter Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting dealership operations by assisting customers, technicians, and service advisors with their parts needs while ensuring accuracy and exceptional service.

Customer & Parts Support

• Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries and orders


• Provide accurate parts pricing, availability, and order updates


• Communicate professionally with customers, service advisors, and technicians


• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts requests efficiently


• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire parts process

Inventory & Order Management

• Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct parts and components


• Pull and fill parts orders accurately from inventory


• Maintain organized inventory and assist with weekly bin checks


• Notify management of low inventory or out-of-stock items requiring immediate attention


• Locate and source parts from outside vendors when necessary


• Review body shop estimates to ensure parts and pricing accuracy

Administrative Responsibilities

• Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed on repair orders


• Process retail payments and credit authorizations


• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records


• Support additional parts department operations as needed
