Job summary

Jordan Ford in San Antonio is seeking self-motivated parts sales associates for part-time and full-time positions. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, locate or order parts, and prepare invoices for deliveries while actively growing wholesale accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related experience.
• AA or equivalent from two-year college; 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• BA/BS from four-year college; 1–2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Locate or order parts as needed.
• Prepare invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers.
• Maintain and solicit wholesale accounts in person and by telephone; inform parts manager on account status.
• Maintain professional appearance.

• Prepares invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers.
• Maintains and solicits wholesale accounts in person and by telephone. Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts.
• Maintains professional appearance.

Education And Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
