Our goal is to offer a premium experience with what we consider to be the premium/luxury options in motorcycling.

From our sales making sure you are on the right bike for you to the parts department making sure they get the latest gadgets you found for your bike, to the service department making sure your bike is in top form, even while you wait, or simply down to just finding someone to talk motorcycling with on any given day we are here. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers immediately in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Work directly with walk-in and telephone customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories.
  3. Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.
  4. Accept cash and credit card payments for merchandise purchases. Keep cash register accurate.
  5. Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports, etc.)
  6. Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
  7. Maintain updated customer mailing lists.
  8. Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for P&A management.
  9. Interface with Service Technicians and ensure their Parts and Accessories (P&A) needs are being met.
  10. Assist service technicians in determining parts and accessories requirements for individual jobs.
  11. Recommend related parts which may be required for a job.
  12. Supply cost of parts information on repair orders.
  13. Update inventory control system and parts catalogue.
  14. Maintain cleanliness of P&A department and keep inventory neatly stacked and orderly.
Prerequisites:
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Knowledge of motorsport vehicles and parts -- motorcycle, ATV/UTV
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday -- minimum of 8-hours per day
