Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians in selecting required parts.
• Inform customers about companion parts and specials.
• Answer phone calls with price quotes and information.
• Assist wholesale customers with parts and accessories.
• Prepare invoices for parts to wholesale customers.
• Adhere to established pricing strategies.
• Notify manager of out-of-stock items and backorders.
• Replenish inventory daily.
• Process parts requests on service orders.
• Maintain organized records of orders and invoices.
• Set up daily shipments, deliveries or pickups.
