Qualifications

• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Experience with dealership parts inventory systems a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors in locating parts.
• Provide accurate parts recommendations based on vehicle specs.
• Process parts orders, sales and returns.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Receive, organize and stock incoming parts shipments.
• Work with service and sales departments to ensure parts availability.
• Coordinate with vendors on orders, pricing and availability.
• Maintain an organized and professional parts department.
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely fulfillment of parts requests.
