Cleveland Brothers CAT in Pennsylvania is seeking a Parts Counter Attendant to join our team of parts professionals. You will answer parts phone calls, assist customers with their needs, and issue parts to shop mechanics across our 29 locations.

Qualifications include mechanical aptitude, familiarity with our product line, strong customer service, and basic computer skills. Graduation from technical or military school, or relevant experience, is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with Cat product line.
• Customer service skills and ability to assist customers.
• Graduate of technical or military school or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer parts phone calls.
• Assist customers with their parts needs.
• Issue parts to shop mechanics.
• Place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts.
• Utilize parts databases; research back-orders.
• Research customer credit status.
