Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Ford parts systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and service department customers with parts sales and inquiries.
• Identify and source correct Ford and aftermarket parts using manufacturer catalogs and software.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain parts inventory and stock levels.
• Receive, check, and organize incoming shipments.
• Handle returns, warranty parts, and core returns according to dealership procedures.
• Keep parts department clean, organized, and professional.
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts availability.
• Promote additional parts and accessories opportunities when appropriate.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service.
