Job summary

N C Machinery in Juneau is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to join our Juneau branch. You will actively sell and promote parts, components and processes to our VIP customers, delivering friendly, accurate service and prompt follow-up on orders.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Working knowledge of Caterpillar parts is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Actively selling and promoting parts, components and processes to VIP customers.
• Promote N C's products and services and follow up promptly on customer orders.
• Suggest additional products to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
