What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the parts counter


• Accurately process and fulfill parts orders


• Assist customers in identifying the right parts for their needs (part numbers, quantities, availability, timelines, and shipping)


• Support various Parts Department operations as needed


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a related field)


• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills


• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills


• Professional communication (verbal, written, email, phone, in-person)


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Customer-first mindset with a positive, outgoing personality


• Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations

Bonus Points For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)


• Experience with Cat Systems


• Previous experience in heavy equipment, parts, or industrial sectors
