Job description

HTS Engineering Ltd. is the largest independent commercial HVAC manufacturers’ rep in North America, with 20 locations in the US and Canada. HTS has a vibrant look and brand promise -- one that reflects our company-wide commitment to ensure the individual success of all those involved in a project’s HVAC system selection, design, purchase, installation, and maintenance, including our employees, suppliers, customers, and end users.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by taking calls and emails.
  2. Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  3. Identify HVAC parts online from our OEM suppliers using parts lists.
  4. Prepare quotes and follow up with clients.
  5. Process sales orders, purchase orders, and warranty claims.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure process compliance.
  7. Track shipments for customers.
  8. Place orders from approved suppliers for parts and equipment as required.

Skills:

  1. Have a positive attitude, take ownership of responsibilities, and pride in contributing to team success.
  2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  3. High level of commitment to customer service.
  4. Attention to detail is essential.
  5. Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  6. Proficiency in computer skills is an asset.
  7. HVAC knowledge is considered an asset.
