Shoppa's Farm Supply, Inc. is seeking a proactive Parts Associate to handle selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories, while delivering friendly in-store customer service and promoting the department.

You will stock, display, and inventory items, fulfill orders by counter, phone, and online, assist with transfers between locations, cycle counts, returns, and keep the parts area clean and organized; all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
• Ability to use computer applications.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
• Offers additional products/services to assist customers.
• Sells to customers at the counter, on the phone and communicates with and fills online orders.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Verifies receipt of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders when needed.
• Assists in always keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Parts Manager
• Assist with surplus returns, pallet returns, and complete core returns.
• Fills transfer requests to other locations in a timely manner.
• Always assists in increasing inventory accuracy through activities such as: better organization, cleanliness, bin changes to accommodate more product, and performing cycle counts.
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
