Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Plant City, FL is seeking a Parts Counter Representative to assist customers at the parts counter and by phone. You will process orders, identify required parts, and provide diagnostic assistance to customers.

Qualifications

• Store parts in designated area and issue parts to service department/customers as needed.
• Maintain records of parts received and distributed; inventory parts in warehouse periodically.

Job Description:

Provides assistance to customers who wish to purchase parts at the parts counter or via telephone. Orders, receives and distributes equipment parts on behalf of customers.

Education/Experience/Skill:

• Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college/technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
