Position: Parts Counter Representative (Front Counter)
Location: Syracuse, NY
Salary: $19-$25 per hour
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

Tracey Road Equipment is seeking a Parts Counter Representative for our Syracuse branch. This role involves assisting both walk-in and phone-in customers with parts selection, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the correct parts, manage orders, and process sales transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and monitor inventory.
• Support outside sales representatives with order management.
