Parts Counter Representative (Front Counter) in Albany, NY

Location: Albany, NY
Salary: $19 – $25 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift

Tracey Road Equipment is seeking a Parts Counter Representative for our Albany branch. This role involves assisting both walk-in and phone-in customers with parts selection, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the correct parts, manage orders, and process sales transactions.

• Support outside sales representatives with order management.
