Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
2. Work with the parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
3. Efficiently supply the service department with required parts
4. Complete special-order part requests for customers and the service department
5. Communicate with customers and staff regarding parts status
6. Maintain a friendly and professional manner in all communications
7. Follow all company safety policies and procedures
8. Understand and adhere to federal, state, and local industry regulations
9. Input parts orders and manage inventory effectively

Requirements:

1. Experience with auto parts sales; dealership experience is a plus
