• Attention to detail to avoid incorrect part numbers or missed bulletins.

Responsabilités

• Quote, pull, and process parts orders accurately for technicians, service advisors, and counter customers.
• Look up correct part numbers against VINs, bulletins, and campaigns; flag discrepancies.
• Process warranty parts claims and keep documentation organized.
