The role requires strong knowledge of parts and accessories, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility to lift up to 50 pounds and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories.
• Research parts online and look up schematics.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that the store is well-stocked.
• Order and receive parts as needed.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest equipment and parts.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
