Qualifications

Proven automotive parts counter or related experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to retail and internal service department customers
Accurately identify and source automotive parts to meet customer and technician needs
Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding parts availability, pricing, and timelines
Maintain proper inventory levels, track special orders, and ensure timely fulfillment
Collaborate with Service Department to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Assist in managing parts displays, labeling, and organization for optimal efficiency
Adhere to dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards
