Job summary

Crown Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson for Mercedes-Benz of Dublin. The role offers an annual salary of $50,000 to $70,000 depending on experience, with minimum 12 months of automotive parts experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of automotive parts experience.
• Dealership parts counter/advisor experience (3–6 months) required.
• Brand specific parts experience is a plus.
• People-oriented with strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with computers and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Distribute parts with proper invoices or repair orders.
• Process credit returns within 48 hours.
• Inspect sheet metal and other items before leaving the dealership.
• Inspect returns per policy and maintain accuracy.
• Access, look up, price and order parts in the system.
• Maintain inventory experience and logs.
• Ensure adequate inventory on hand and accurate records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

$50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Minimum 12 months of automotive parts experience required.

Duties:

• Distribute parts with proper invoices or repair orders
• Credit returns in a timely/orderly manner - within 48 hours
• Inspect sheet metal and other similar items before leaving the dealership
• Inspect returns as per policy
• Access, look up, price and order parts
• Maintain inventory experience
• Maintain order logs and ensure sufficient inventory on hand
• Other duties as per description and as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Experienced and aware of latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver
• Must have previous automotive dealership parts counter/advisor experience (minimum 3-6 months)
• Brand specific parts experience is a plus
• Looking for a people‑person with a friendly personality
• Must have computer proficiency
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining high level of customer service
• Valid and clean driver's license, minimum three years
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background and drug screen
