Hireology in Pampa, TX is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to sell auto parts over the counter, in the shop, and by phone. You will provide price quotes, process payments, and ensure accurate invoicing for customers.

You will pull and fill orders from stock, make vehicle key tags, and communicate stock issues to the parts manager while delivering high-level service to internal and external customers. This is a full-time, in-person role.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service orientation and ability to assist customers across in-person, shop, and phone channels.
• Ability to provide price quotes and information to customers.
• Experience with stock handling and order filling is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Sells parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop or over the phone.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Makes key tags for vehicles.
• Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that may need immediate attention.
• Follows up on back-ordered parts.
• Recieves payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
• Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer.
• Ensures that all customers receive their copy of the invoice among other tasks assigned by the Parts Manager.

• Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturdays 7:30am - 12:00pm

• Pampa, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
