Carter Myers Automotive is seeking a Parts Support Specialist to assist with retail and wholesale parts, ensuring accurate availability and inventory control. The role supports technicians, advisors, and customers in a fast-paced dealership.

You will handle inbound calls, coordinate with the parts team, and help maintain organized inventory while delivering excellent service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience in automotive parts is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and learn new software.

Primary responsibilities include providing accurate and timely parts availability to all customers and managing parts inventory.

Experience with Dealer Management Software is preferred but not required. CMA utilizes CDK.

Schedule

Monday - Friday (alternating Saturdays)

Requirements

Prior experience working in a dealership or wholesale parts environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting technicians, service advisors, and external clients.
• Handle inbound calls in a professional & timely manner.
• Work with parts team to ensure inventory organization.

• Dealership automotive parts experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse setting as needed
