Job summary

Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville is seeking a Parts Counter for our Asheville, NC location. The ideal candidate will have parts experience and a friendly, outgoing personality, with strong organizational skills to source and pull parts accurately and manage inventory.

Excellent communication by phone and email is essential to coordinate with multiple teams and fulfill customer orders. Base+commission compensation is offered, with pay dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior parts experience preferred.

• Ability to source and pull parts accurately for orders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the parts department to source and pull parts for fulfillment of orders.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
• Coordinate with multiple teams within the department to fulfill requests.
