Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in determining parts and product needs by assessing requests and offering options.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to retrieve and deliver materials to customers.
• Access warehouse inventory to retrieve, replace, and return parts as needed.
• Place purchase orders to acquire materials for customers.
• Monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely receipt and billing.
• Maintain records and documents for customers, dealers, discounts, and contacts.
• Comply with warehouse safety rules and safety culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
