Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain parts inventory to support shop and mechanics.
• Perform warehouse/stockroom counts and data entry.
• Issue, return, and process parts using internal computer systems.
• Drive to airport gates for COMAT/AOG deliveries and road trips.
• Verify and prepare shipments; operate a forklift as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; ensure accuracy of shipments.

Primary Job Duties

As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for keeping parts inventory on hand to support our mechanics.

• Perform warehouse/stockroom inventory cycle counts
• Utilize the internal computer program to issue, return, and process parts and tooling from stock
• Drive a company vehicle to airport gates for COMAT/AOG deliveriesand road trips
• Verify, pull, and prepare shipments and receipts
• Data entry including, but not limited to emails, inventory counts, and creating requisitions
• Operate a forklift to load and unload shipments
• Sweep, mop, and maintain the organization of the warehouse and stockrooms
• Knowledge of airline parts is preferred but not required
• Team player who works well with others
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
• Detail oriented and a quick learner
• Computer knowledge is helpful
• Works well under pressure
• Evaluate and resolve problems
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Minimum Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver's license
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Pass a background check

Physical and Other Requirements

• Lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Be flexible; the schedule is subject to change
• Available to work any day of the week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• This is a full-time position, starting at $22.00 per hour
