Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Parts Clerk to maintain inventory and support aircraft mechanics. You will perform cycle counts, issue and process parts from stock, and handle shipments. A forklift is used and a safety-focused, deadline-driven environment is maintained.

Minimum requirements include 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 75 pounds. The role is full-time and on-site, with weekends/evenings possible.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; schedule flexibility including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse/stockroom inventory cycle counts.
• Use internal computer system to issue, return, and process parts from stock.
• Drive company vehicle to airport gates for COMAT/AOG deliveries and road trips.
• Verify, pull, and prepare shipments and receipts.
• Data entry including emails, inventory counts, and creating requisitions.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload shipments.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain warehouse/stockroom organization.
• Knowledge of airline parts is preferred but not required.
• Team player with ability to work without supervision.
• Detail oriented and quick learner.
• Computer knowledge is helpful and accuracy is important.
• Works well under pressure; evaluate and resolve problems.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
