Job summary

Hi-Vac Corporation in Marietta, OH, seeks a Parts Clerk to join the Manufacturing Facility. If you have experience in a warehouse or inventory environment, we want to meet you!

Duties include loading/unloading materials, forklift operation, receiving and inventorying parts, stocking materials, and assisting with work orders. A High School Diploma or GED is required; forklift experience and data entry skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift operation and safety experience.
• Experience with computers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and parts from pallets and trucks.
• Operate forklift or hand truck to move shipments.
• Receive and inventory in-house fabricated parts for work or sales orders.
• Move and stock received materials.
• Select materials for work orders and staging until shop is ready.
• Deliver parts to workers on request.
• Copy and distribute work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Assist other employees as requested.

Hi-Vac Corporation in Marietta Ohio is seeking aParts Clerk to work in the Manufacturing Facility. If you have experience in a warehouse or inventory environment, we want to meet you! Successful candidates will exhibit pride in their work and strive for excellence!

Parts Clerksare responsible for tracking and supplying materials and parts needed for production and manufacturing of large environmental truck equipment and aftermarket sales.

Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading materials, parts, or products onto or from pallets, skids, and trucks.
• Operating forklift or using hand truck to move, convey or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
• Receiving and inventorying all in-house fabricated parts for use in work order or sales order shortages.
• Moving and/or stocking received materials.
• Selecting material from stock for work orders and engineering changes, and staging materials until shop is ready to use.
• Delivering parts to workers upon request.
• Copying and distributing work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Assisting other employees as requested.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Warehouse or similar experience a plus
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Experience with computers and data entry.
