Job summary

The Taylor Group Inc. is seeking a full-time parts delivery associate at SSI-Covington, Covington, GA. The role involves pulling and labeling parts, organizing deliveries, and processing parts at the Service Center.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Candidates should be detail oriented, able to follow delivery directions across the territory, and prepared to obtain a TWIC card if needed.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills for records and parts lookup.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record for driving company vehicles.
• TWIC card may be required for certain deliveries; follow company policy.
• Must be detail oriented and able to follow directions for deliveries.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pulls parts and labels them correctly for upcoming service calls.
• Organizes and prioritizes parts deliveries.
• Receives and checks in parts at Service Center.
• Assists in keeping the Service Center clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:

• Basic computer skills.
• This job requires stooping, bending, climbing, and the capability of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Incumbent must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record, since employee will be driving company owned vehicle and will be covered under corporate insurance which has strict coverage requirements.
• Must be able to follow directions for deliveries to customers throughout our territory.
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card.
• Must detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Must maintain a good appearance for the company. Will be visiting customers for parts delivery.

Education and Experience:
