Lexus of Las Vegas is seeking a Parts Assistant to support daily parts department operations, including inventory organization, receiving and stocking parts, and processing orders. You will assist both internal and external customers with accuracy and timely service, contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Help operate a profitable, safe, and efficient state-of-the-art parts department.
• Assist with inventory, ensuring that the correct amount of parts are in stock.
• Conduct duties to assist shipping and receiving, including placing parts in inventory; entering parts into the database, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Conduct inventory counts, organize parts, parts shop cleanliness, and customer service (including answering customer calls when needed).
• Provide exceptional service to customers. Solve customer problems. Track customer satisfaction.
• Work productively and safely.
