Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software (DMS/POS).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and internal teams with parts questions in person, via email and phone.
• Communicate estimated parts ship/arrival times and support technical parts questions.
• Accurately record parts transactions in the Dealer Management System.
• Prioritize and manage high volume workload to meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily metric goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.
