Job summary

Crash Champions in Bremen Township, IL is seeking a parts coordinator to support our fast-paced repair operations. You will receive and check in parts, match them to repair orders, and keep the parts cart organized to prevent delays.

You will inspect parts on delivery, coordinate with vendors, and ensure parts invoicing is posted in Crash Champions’ estimating platform. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts; match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure parts are tracked.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality; identify damage and delays (parts not available within two hours).
• Return incorrect parts to vendor immediately.
• Monitor deliveries; communicate status with vendors.
• Coordinate parts invoicing; ensure invoices are posted in Crash Champions’ estimating platform and corrections are made.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts: Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart
• Inspect delivered parts for quality: Inspect parts for damage upon delivery – if parts are not available within two hours of expected drop off
• Return incorrect parts: Immediately to the vendor
• Monitor deliveries: Regularly communicate with vendor on parts status
• Coordinate parts invoicing:Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champion’s estimating platform – make corrections as necessary
