Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support our growing network of collision repair centers in Florida. You will receive and check in parts, verify deliveries, and ensure parts are properly recorded in our estimating platform.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts for quality, returning incorrect items to vendors, and monitoring delivery status. We offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits aligned with eligibility.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts and match to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality and compatibility; flag issues if not available within two hours.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate with vendors on parts status.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and ensure invoices post in Crash Champion’s estimating platform; corrections as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts: Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart
• Inspect delivered parts for quality: Inspect parts for damage upon delivery – if parts are not available within two hours of expected drop off
• Return incorrect parts: Immediately to the vendor
• Monitor deliveries: Regularly communicate with vendor on parts status
• Coordinate parts invoicing:Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champion’s estimating platform – make corrections as necessary
