Description
This position provides support for the Service department. This position primarily assists, oversees, and processes Service Time jobs. This position picks, packs, and ships supplies and materials to internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transports, sorts, and stocks materials. This position also handles logistics of training programs and assists in the collection of payments. This position requires multi-tasking and timely completion of tasks in coordination and collaboration with others.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedules service personnel for field assignments; coordinates the associated logistics, which includes receiving customer purchase orders, issues SVC Request, and follows-up with customers, as needed
• Processes warranty claims from distributors; reviews warranty claims for accuracy of information, ensures proper justification, initiates request for purchase order, and approves warranty claims
• Coordinates the disposition of returned material (RMA); ensures that returned material is processed in a timely manner; expedites individuals, as needed
• Handles logistics associated with training programs
• Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to hand dolly, electric dolly, and/or pallet jack
• Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures
• Picks, packs, and ships materials and products
• Processes packages for shipping; processes returned merchandise
• Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock as needed
• Participates in quality improvement efforts
• Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibility.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software; SAP experience preferred
