Job summary

Power-Flo Technologies' Rochester Panel Shop is seeking a hands-on Parts and Project Coordinator to keep panel builds on schedule. You will receive and inspect parts, verify against BOMs, and organize materials for jobs.

You will track deliveries, maintain shop stock, and create project tags while supporting production as needed. This full-time position offers on-the-job training, Monday–Friday, with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, inventory, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies.
• Able to work independently and on a team, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials.
• Verify parts against BOMs, packing slips, and purchase orders.
• Create project tags and organize materials for jobs.
• Track deliveries and communicate shortages or delays.
• Maintain inventory of common materials and shop stock.
• Stage materials for production and keep inventory areas organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Support panel builds and shop operations when needed.

Job description

Power-Flo Technologies' Rochester Panel Shop is looking for a hands-on Parts and Project Coordinatorto help keep our panel builds on schedule. This role is responsible for receiving and organizing materials, checking parts against BOMs, tracking deliveries, maintaining common stock items, creating project tags, and supporting production when needed.

Full-Time. Monday - Friday. Salary Range: $16 - $20/hour

• Ability to push or pull over 100 pounds with a manual pallet jack or hand truck
• Current, valid, and clean NYS driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles as needed
