Job summary

Kawasaki is seeking a Parts and Accessories Inside Sales Representative in Lake Forest, CA to manage dealer sales and order services within a defined territory. You will promote Kawasaki Parts & Accessories programs and provide exceptional service to dealers.

The role requires 3–8 years of sales/account management experience with powersports industry familiarity. On-site position with potential travel to dealer locations and a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; bachelor's degree preferred; 3-8 years sales/account management experience is required.
• Solid knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of Dealer Sales and Order Services within a defined territory for the Parts & Accessories product lines; assist KMC dealers with order service support; develop/suggest sales and/or marketing programs or improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up to resolve dealers’ business issues and concerns; promote positive KMC/dealer relations.
• Meet or exceed revenue objectives and outbound call quotas to assigned dealer territory; build key business relationships.
• Support and champion the implementation of all department sales and marketing programs.
• Identify opportunities for increased sales and strategically target dealers to improve sales volume.
• Accurately create and submit call reports and market activity reports as requested.
• Ensure company policies are followed; travel occasionally.
• Other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Dealer Sales and Order Services within a defined territory for the Parts & Accessories product lines; assist KMC dealers with order service support; develop/suggest sales and/or marketing programs, strategies, or improvements to help Kawasaki achieve its strategic objectives.


• Provide excellent customer service and follow up when needed to resolve dealers’ business issues/concerns; promoting positive KMC/dealer relations at all times.


• Meet or exceed revenue objectives and outbound call quotas to assigned dealer territory, improve customer service levels, and build key business relationships; prioritizes daily activities and sales calls to maximize productivity and sales results.


• Support and champion the implementation of all department sales and marketing programs.


• Identify opportunities for increased sales and strategically target those dealers to improve sales volume.


• Accurately create and submit call reports, market activity reports, additional activities, and relevant expenses to Parts & Accessories Sales Manager as requested.


• Ensure company and/or department policies and procedures are followed at all times.


• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; bachelor's degree preferred; 3-8 years sales/account management experience is required; powersports industry experience preferred.

Salary: $36.00 - $39.00 per hour
