Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience; 2+ years in sales or retail management preferred.
• Experience in agricultural industry or equipment dealership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and leadership with emphasis on customer service.
• Lead by example to create a professional customer experience in facilities and product presentation.
• Execute aftermarket strategies to ensure satisfaction among customers.
• Collaborate with District Operations Manager/Area Product Support Manager and Service Manager to develop Aftermarket sales strategy.
• Drive aftermarket sales strategies focusing on Parts and Service solutions in line with revenue goals.
• Partner with Service Manager to ensure positive customer experiences in the Aftermarket segment.
• Be accountable for financial performance including profitable sales growth and expense control.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with other departments and locations.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet demand and meet inventory performance standards.
• Oversee inventory processes and transfers with Parts Support Analysts.
