Job description

Motus Commercials located in Burton On Trent is on the lookout for a dedicated Parts Sales Supervisor to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:

• Week 1 Monday to Friday 9.00am - 18.00pm Saturday 7.00am - 12.00pm
• Week 2 Monday to Friday 6.00am - 15.00pm
• Salary £31,500 with Bonus scheme

As a Parts Sales Supervisor at Motus Commercials in Burton On Trent we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

• Parts look up experience
• People management skills
• High level of customer service skills
• IT Literacy
• Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
• Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible

Main duties will be:

• To supervise and maintain the smooth running of the department.
• To arrange staff rotas.
• To supervise the ‘Goods In’ facility.
• To ensure all relevant paperwork is filled in correctly.
• To produce invoices/returns notes.
• Monitor and report on all Warranty and R&M parts returned.
• To carry out spot checks on Parts delivery vehicles to ensure cleanliness and safety.
