Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage, part of Swickard Auto Group, is seeking a Parts Advisor with automotive parts or dealership experience to join our Anchorage store. You will pull, stage, and deliver parts, lookup OEM numbers, and support service throughput.

You will use electronic catalogs and DMS, communicate backorders, and help customers with parts pricing and orders. The role offers competitive hourly pay, 401(k), benefits, and growth opportunities within a fast‑growing dealer group.

Qualifikationen

• Prior automotive parts, service, or dealership experience.
• Computer proficiency with parts lookup, DMS platforms, and catalogs.
• MBZ/European parts experience is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Fill internal parts orders for service technicians accurately and efficiently.
• Look up Mercedes-Benz OEM part numbers using electronic catalogs.
• Process retail and wholesale parts sales with accurate pricing and fulfillment.
• Communicate backorders, substitutions, and availability updates proactively.
• Process returns, cores, and warranty parts per procedures.
• Assist with receiving, binning, and inventory organization; maintain records in the DMS.
