Bentley Truck Services, Inc. is seeking a Parts Advisor I to support customers in selecting the right parts and accessories for trucks at our Allentown location.

The role combines in-store customer service with stocking duties and light order processing, contributing to safe, efficient parts operations. The position offers hands-on training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities toward a Parts Manager role within a growing east coast dealer network, with a focus on accuracy and customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years' experience in customer service or parts operations preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.
• Able to work independently with inventory; may require stooping, kneeling, reaching, and a small ladder.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a shop environment.
• Strong initiative for process improvement and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supports both Customers and Mechanics to assure they get the proper parts which they request.
• Deliver excellent customer service while building long‑term customer relationships.
• Promote additional parts and solutions that support customer and shop needs.
• Help drive parts sales growth through communication, follow‑up, and product knowledge.
• Process parts orders, invoices, credits, and related paperwork accurately.
• As needed assist internal customers who need parts pulled for work orders.
• Place stock orders utilizing the best practice criteria outlined by both Bentley Truck Services and OEM.
• Locate difficult part items through experience, observation and available resources (computers and/or printed materials).
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up.

Job Summary:

Perform a variety of customer service, in store, and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealerships parts department. This position offers a clear career path for individuals interested in growing into a Parts Manager or dealership leadership role.
