Job summary

Lindsay Ford, LLC in Wheaton, MD seeks a full-time Parts Advisor to join our service team. You’ll be the frontline for parts ordering, stocking, and customer support in a fast-paced dealership environment.

We value a friendly, reliable team player who can handle phones, assist technicians and customers, and maintain accurate parts inventory. Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-oriented and self-motivated with a team-player attitude.
• Two years of prior automotive parts experience is a plus.
• Must be computer literate and able to use point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill all parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts.
• Stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
• Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
• Pickup and delivery of parts.
• Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service.
