Fury Ford Waconia is seeking a dependable Parts Counterperson Advisor to join our busy parts department. You’ll help technicians and customers find the right parts, process orders, and maintain inventory while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts knowledge or related automotive experience.
• Previous dealership or parts-counter experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, electronic catalogs, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, wholesale customers, and retail customers with parts needs.
• Identify and locate the correct parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.
• Provide accurate pricing and availability information.
• Create and process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and expected delivery.
• Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and help resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Service Department to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Keep the parts counter, shelves, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow dealership procedures for safety, security, and inventory control.

• Previous dealership or parts-counter experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, electronic catalogs, and inventory systems
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed
